How is the best Tantanmen going to be and I would like to serve.
Right after Deno went to Chengdu Sichuan and had lots of experience of working at Ramen restaurant in Japan. Finally, he found his own recipe.
His Tantanmen is hybrid style which is mixed Sichuan food and Japanese ramen together.
It was named “DENO Tantanmen”
Deno sometimes goes to Sichuan to buy Sichuan pepper directly by farmer and it is unreleased in Japan. We make chili oil with Sichuan pepper as well.
